Job Responsibilities:
Generates and maintains all process related MIS data. Manages adhoc reporting requests & manages reporting for the team
Identify and track the unmeasured areas keeping and maintaining quality standards as per the defined quality norms.
Innovation and Bringing new ideas and Process Improvement .
Improving skill level through Self-development / nominating training programs Skill verification Tests
Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
Meet the defined Quality Scores as defined by the process.
To consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process.
Skill :
Good understanding of Ad operation (Ad trafficking and optimization)
Understanding and working knowledge of different ad servers ( OAS real media, DFP, DFA, Atlas)
Good knowledge of ad campaign life cycle, banner building, coding, scripting, rich media banner, Third party tags
Knowledge of basic MS office.
Good communication skills(Written and Verbal)
Attention to detail
Able to prioritize and plan ahead
Ability to follow directions, think clearly and react sensibly under pressure
Work well individually and as a team member
Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Ad Trafficking through OAS Ad server.
o Ad Coordination
o Ad Optimization and troubleshooting.
o Maintaining different reports.
